Universal Six-Layer Removable Washable Household Faucet Filter Splash-Proof Shower Water Saver Kitchen Tap Colander Strainer

PLEASE NOTE - ORDER TERMS

IMPORTANT - THIS IS NOT A WATER PURIFIER. Merrono markets this item as a 'purifier', but its own specification states no certification, and an activated carbon aerator of this kind reduces sediment, chlorine taste and odour only. It does NOT remove bacteria, viruses, or dissolved chemical contaminants, and it CANNOT make unsafe water safe to drink. If your water supply is not already safe, continue to boil or use a properly certified purifier.

Two useful jobs in one fitting: the activated carbon and mesh layers catch sediment and rust particles, and the aerator softens the stream so it stops splashing out of the sink. Both are worth having - just do not confuse either with purification.

AT A GLANCE

• Six filtration layers with activated carbon
• Removable and washable - reusable
• Aerates the flow, reducing splashing
• Saves water, fits most standard taps

WHY YOU'LL LOVE IT

• Catches Grit and Rust: Six layers including activated carbon trap visible sediment and rust flakes that otherwise come straight out of the tap.
• Improves Taste and Smell: Activated carbon reduces chlorine taste and odour, which is the difference you notice most.
• Wash It and Reuse It: The filter comes apart to be rinsed rather than replaced, so there are no cartridges to buy.
• A Softer Stream: The aerator turns a hard jet into a soft flow, which stops water splashing out of a shallow sink.
• Uses Less Water: Aeration maintains the feel of good pressure while passing less water.
• Fits Most Taps: A universal fitting designed to adapt to standard kitchen and bathroom taps.
